Alta is leading a seven-firm team in the planning and design of the CVAG Whitewater River Parkway project, a nearly 80-mile bicycle, pedestrian and Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (NEV) accessible facility connecting the nine cities of the Eastern Riverside County region.
The three-year, $1.5M planning and design project involves parkway master plan, a Neighborhood Electric Vehicles (NEV) Plan to meet legislative requirements, and construction documents for segments identified for early action. The client has secured at least $77M in CMAQ funding for design and implementation.
