Active transportation is becoming an increasingly important part of the built environment and ensuring that everyone has safe, low-stress, and efficient access to local destinations, stores, schools, work, and transit by walking and biking is very important to me.
Ben has experience in active transportation, specifically with bicycle infrastructure in urban areas, and public transit experience from working in Los Angeles. He is interested in expanding and improving active transportation infrastructure and access to transit to create active, healthier, and more equitable communities. He is also interested in community engagement; giving everyone a chance to voice his or her opinions and desires. Ben recently graduated from the Planning Masters Program at USC.
