Measures for Success: New Tools for Shaping Transportation Behavior

In partnership with TransitCenter, Alta completed a research project to develop evaluation tools for Transportation Demand Management (TDM) campaigns that would tell more complete stories about the impact they have on communities. Focusing on SmartTrips/individualized marketing campaigns, but relevant to any specific TDM campaign, the report outlines a range of tools and methodologies that can assist practitioners and program managers in robust evaluation.
