Alta’s Jessica Roberts continues her leadership in bringing behavioral science to transportation by organizing a workshop for the Transportation Research Board (TRB) annual meeting called Nudging the Commute: Behavioral Science and Mode Choice. The workshop, on behalf of the TDM Committee, will feature remarks from noted behavioral scientists about current research, and participants will help to develop a behavioral research agenda for the transportation field. The workshop is co-sponsored by the following TRB Committees: Emerging and Innovative Public Transport and Technologies, Urban Transportation Data and Information Systems, Public Transportation Marketing and Fare Policy, and Transportation Issues in Major Cities.
