Attending Pro Walk/Pro Bike in Pittsburgh in September? Join Alta Senior Associate Josh Mello and other experts for a full-day training on the NACTO Urban Bikeway Design Guide. The guide provides an in-depth toolkit for city transportation officials to design bikeways that accommodate cyclists of all ages and abilities. The training will focus on the planning and design of protected bike lanes, including a technical discussion on designing intersections, bicycle signals, and other emerging design treatments being used in cities around the nation.
