Cameron Yates

The field of landscape architecture pairs art and science in an exciting way that allows practitioners to have an impact on how people experience their daily lives. The projects that have been the most rewarding for me have involved working with clients to create functional spaces that offer a sense of place while connecting people to the natural environment and with each other.

Cameron is a Professional Landscape Architect whose professional experience includes planning projects at culturally significant historic sites, the design of urban parks, and the design of active transportation networks. This variety of experience informs Cameron’s work designing active spaces that reference the natural and cultural history of a site through thoughtful design. Cameron is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s College of Environment and Design, where he earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture.
